自荐信重在自我推荐,例如自己在哪方面的经验经历啊,你更适合这个岗位的理由,这种情况下求职者可以是在职的内部人员,实践中需要更多的是你有这个工作经验.
求职信,一般是求职者初期对岗位的不甚了解,只是对岗位的兴趣,职责有一定的认知,往往是多人求一职位,一般都是外部人员进入一个公司的重要工具.
两者的共同点也很多,在内容上,格式上区别并不大.
