Weekly Progress analysis:
GC postpone of window material.What is the reason?
I would recommend that painting waits until there is heat in the building.
Issue and suggestion:
I would agree that until there is heat in the building the painting,pipe pressure testing,and fit out work needs to wait.WHEN will the gas be connected and turned on so that the heating system can be tested and run?
When will the exterior doors be installed?Hopefully this can be by the time the windows are completed.
