塌实与踏实区别?实在是分不清

1、tā shí
1.)切实；不浮躁：工作踏实｜踏实肯干.2.)安定；放心：心里不踏实.
2、tà shí
1.)亦作"蹋实".2.)行步稳健.3.)落实.
塌实 ：
tā shí
1.(心情)安稳;安定.2.实在;扎实.3.谓呆板,不灵活.
两者还是有些微区别的,就“放心”意项来讲,踏实偏于因结果而言的放心,塌实偏于因自信、信任而言的放心；就“切实”意项来讲,踏实偏于心态方面,塌实偏于实际效果方面,比如说可以说“工作态度踏实”而不能说“工作态度塌实”,只能说“工作塌实”
