找核心啊,首先就是要让自己冷静下来,不是不紧张,而是冷静下来,纵使腿仍然在抖,但脑子一定要保持清晰.然后就是抓核心,即兴演讲只要抓紧几个核心的词语,然后从头顺利的说道尾,把这几个核心词语串起来就OK了~

Happiness is the most precious thing in the world, which can be obtained in different ways.
From my point of view, being in a good mood anytime and anywhere is the first thing for those who want to be happy. There is an old saying going like this, "happy is he who is content." I can't agree with it any more. I still remember a story my mother told me when I was a child. A millionaire tried every means to seek after pleasure but to feel unhappy. It's not unique, but has its counterpart that poor men to whose name not having a thing always feel happy. Why are they so different? The answer is that the rich is being thinking how he can gain more while the poor is satisfied with what he owns at hand-health, freedom, love and so on.
Furthermore, love makes great difference to happiness. If you have love in your heart, you will have happiness in your life. Love consists of two parts, one is to love others, and the other is to be loved by others. Lei Feng set a good example for all of us. He served the people wholeheartedly until the last minute of his life. He regarded serving the people as the happiest thing. There are numbers of similar inspirational stories to be found. In addition, being loved by others can also lead you to happiness. Courage from your parents when frustrated, care from your lover when ill, help from your friends when in trouble… all of these will make you the happiest person in the world.
The last but not least is to act happily. Putting on a happy face and thinking interesting things are helpful to trigger happy feelings.
Wile happiness is precious, it is easy to get.

当然了好的演讲更多的靠的是演讲人的气势,所以要注意语气和肢体语言,只有先感染了自己才能感染听众,特别是最后一句要张开双臂表现你的感情,好好练习,好好表现,祝你幸福!

我参加过的即兴演讲是在演讲后评委组会给一个问题,让你直接回答,不知道你的是不是这样.首先要明确题意（通常是个论点）让你去阐述你的想法.首先不要慌,可以停几秒整理下思路,然后尽量运用你会的单词和句式去清楚地表达（可以适当慢一点）,眼神要与评委交流,可以加适当的手势,总体还是看你的日常的英语实力.

找到一个话题演讲的突破点,然后对于事实的东西一定要多加留意,说的时候首先要简单介绍自己,然后阐述你要说的话题的背景让老师知道,其次就要说一下大家的普遍看法,正反两个方面都要说,在就说下你自己的想法也是正反两个方面都要说,其次就要说下你希望这个 问题怎么解决啊 或者祝愿什么,就可以结尾了.我艺考的时候就是这么说的后来打了九十多,如果你选择的是时尚的主题那么你还要加入幽默感了!

　It is nature that people travel for relaxation .They persue inner satisfaction through enjoying the scenary .As far as I know ,there are many villages that are close to nature.People can come and enjoy themselves in the pure nature circumstance.In effect ,during their tourism ,they should live in the residents'home and share happiness to the local people .So it is where the emphasis converge .When serve the tourist ,with speaking English fluently ,they can listen to them and know exactly what they need .Then they can offer a service to make them feel like at home .What's more ,if they are good at English ,they can instuct the tourist many Chinese games and show them the culture of China .As everyone knows ,China is equiped with a civilization including a long history .When the tourists come ,they can hear a lot of historic stories that are exciting .The residents can think up of ways to make the storis as vivid as possible ,thus allow the tourists feel as if they were experiencing the amazing miracles personally and the heros stepped from the alter in ancient times . Secondly ,residents 'attitude also counts for much .They should be told to be at ready to smile all the time and give their cordial and sincere welcome to the tourists .The tourists will have a motivation to come again after feeling their hospitality .Thirdly ,the accommodation should be improved to allow the tourists to live comfortably .Additionally ,the traffic system need to be reorganized .Based on the experience,alien tourist often got confused with the comples traffic system .So it's essencial to be restructured to facilitate the passangers .The last but not least ,we should develop more resouse in order to broaden their horrizen .we can combine our culture and special goods with the development in a versitile way . 　　In a word ,we must open our heart to accept the tourist ,then our heart will lead us the way to entertain them .Just follow it .Thank you .

看来果然没人回答呢.我记得小学也有类似的口试,都是一些叔叔阿姨,一般三个人坐在桌子后面,战战兢兢的进来,会让你回答一些诸如我最喜欢的食物,我最喜欢的书,我最喜欢的小动物之类的问题,比较难的就是我最难忘的一件事,我的爸爸妈妈爷爷奶奶什么的,估计主要是看这孩子有没有口吃,语言障碍什么的,至于分数我想是不会难为小学生的,如果答不上来无非是鼓励以后上课多回答问题,多讲话什么的,不必要太担心.

增加一定的词汇量,在这个即兴演讲中,谁也不确定会遇到什么.所以不要让自己的词汇量太狭窄.
切记：镇静哦!镇静是首要因素,否则再多的准备,如果临阵一乱就.
