contain强调容量,include强调范围.
CONTAIN和INCLUDE都是及物动词,有"包括.包含"的意思.
contain指包含的全部内容或容量.如果指的是里面所含的成分时,也用contain.
如:1.It contains a powerful drug which affects mosquitoes.
意思是它含有一种可以防止蚊虫叮咬的强效药物.
2.The bottle contains tow glasses of beer.意思是这瓶子可装两杯啤酒.
3.what meaning is contained in your words?你话里含着什么意思?
