Tenders may not be considered unless they are in conformity with the Enquiry Documents.You are specifically advised that Company’s evaluation of tenders shall include the degree of exceptions taken (if any) to the general terms and conditions of the proposed Contract.Tenderers shall confirm acceptance of the proposed Contract,together with any exceptions,clearly shown in the tender.Partial or incomplete tenders or tenders received after the stated due time may be rejected.It is clearly understood that Chapter VII (Liability and Insurance) of the contract shall not be modified (not negotiable).
