不是啦～看例句 状语是不用加that的 又不是名词性从句 （宾,同位语,主语从句）
Next time you must drink something stronger with me.
下次你一定要陪我喝点有劲儿的.
The last time we met you had a beard.
上次我们见面,你还留著胡子呢.
Every time she sees a mouse she freaks out.
她每次看见老鼠都吓得要死.

不是。next/every /last time 等引导时间状语从句时，next/every /last time 就是引导词，直接引导句子，不需要再用that引导。
