I like sports,especially ball games.but my little sister kate don't like,she has no ball.
Everytime I went to call she to play ping-pong with me ,she always fefuse .I feel very uncomprehensible.Proper training can make us keep a healthy body and a good mental outlook.It can make our study and work smothly.
In a word,I hope every people to exercise rugularly,doing this is not for anybody esle just for yourself,just to it,I believe you will benefit from it.
