B 她已经睡了8个小时从过去到现在的而且第一句中是is 后面还有个now 说明不能完全是过去时 sleep本来也就是个延续性动词可以直接用在完成时中所以选择B 其实这不是最好的答案最好的是现在完成进行时 has been sleeping
