二楼的英语很有问题啊.
你在书上接触到的是一句比较高级的英语语法,也可以简单的用It is...since的结构清楚表达.
但是正确的语法表达是：当since 引导时间状语从句时,而又是it做主语,那么可以用现在完成时is 代替现在完成时has been,这才是正解.
当然你的改写是正确的,也是可以的.
