Do you prefer working as a member of a team or would you rather work alone?
as we know ,Working as part of a team is one of the most important elements in a successful career and life for you for me for all of us.
Sometimes,some of person will prefer working alone.In my opinions ,If you can't work well with a team,you probably can't work and communicate with others well on a one-on-one basis either.
While teamwork is very important,I can work just as hard alone.Though more pressure to produce might exist,it would also prove to be a challenge.Whether I prefer to work as part of a team or alone depends on the best way to complete the job.maybe sometimes you will meet easy job and you can feel easy to finish by work alone.But if you are In trouble,you will feel difficulty.at that moment.teamwork is very useful to solve a question.
In a word,Working together is better than working alone,only in this way can we success in our goal quickly.
