刚刚安装的oracle 10g ,oracle 实例和 监听器都正确启动,但是用DB

另外,在SQL PLUS 上面可以进行正确的登录和操作,但是用正确的用户名和密码登录 PL SQL Developer时 就出现错误 TNS：连接超时的错误.
