提单上shipper's load&count&seal什么意思
提单上又这个条款
shipper's load&count&seal
CFS/CFS LCL/LCL
因为是做信用证得,拿去银行审的时候,那里的工作人员要我去从新向货代要提单.
把以上两句话去除一个.
不知道是为什么.银行人员说这两句话矛盾啦.只能取一.
我的意思是银行的人叫我在shipper's load&count&seal和CFS/CFS LCL/LCL
这两句话中去掉一句.
付款方式是FOB

这句话前面我知道什么意思就是签发317-320的正本提单 然后收回所有正本保函 可是 我就是不明白为什么against是收回的意思呢?我看了下翻译 against没有收回的意思呢
