一般从句引导词要求置于从句句首,如果引导词不是独立存在的（比如句中的of whom,of which),可把含有引导词的短语放在从句句首.
第一个句子中whom是引导词,60 of whom整个可以看作一个短语,所以60 of whom可以作为一个整体放在从句句首.
第二个句子中which是引导词,of which可看作一个整体放在从句句首,不可能放在句末.
