用关联词的格式是:
(1)关联词+主语...,关联词+主语.[两个主语是不一样的]
(2)主语+关联词...,关联词.[后面的关联词前实际上有主语,就是前面单句的主语,在这里是省略不写]]
——因此：第一句是错误的,因为：尽管+菲尔普斯...,但..第二小句缺少主语
第二句也有小错误 ,“但却” 意思完全一样,都表转折,是不能同时用在一起的
