Now I have been in Shandong University for more than one year,in this year I had experienced that the campus life really changed me a lot.
The greatest change is that I learned how to be brave.
Yes,courage is very important.But it takes me a long time to command it.In the past,sometimes when I met something that I did not ever met,especially when all the other people are good at it,I feel nervous.
But something changed my mind.After that,I found that I can learn things as well as others,or even far better than others.
After I have my own computer,I began to teach myself how to type.At first,it is a really hard job for me.I do not even know how to put my fingers on the keyboard correctly.But after a month,I can type 300 letters per minute.And during the time,I taught me how to type WUBI skillfully in two weeks.
At that time,I was amazed by myself.I did not even think I can do that well.
After that,I found that the major reason why I can not do well before is that I did not have enough confidence in me.And once you began to try it,it will be easier than what you thought.
And another very important thing I learned is that a person should always have passion.
Once I thought I my life should be filled up by something that I did not experienced.And during a conversation between Rong,a high school classmate of me,I found the things I need.The way he talk is full of passion.I was motivated at that time.
And during the days later,I learned how to be a man of passion.
I found that life with passion is efficient and interesting.Although I do not know whether I should try others things when my age grows up,I think passion is indispensable right now.
Courage and passion,these are two treasures I got in life.

The most unforgettable experience of my life
As a student,I don’t have any great event to talk about ,but here I want to share my experience of preparing for the high school entrance examination.
During the first three years of junior school,we were very happy and free .But we often heard that Grade three would be a hell.After the final exam of Grade two in June,everything blew onto our faces :teachers’ changing ,harder and harder texts ,terrible pressure and of course the graduate exam .Where your position was on the list board became the most important thing in our life .We had to study hard day and night ,always from 6:00 a.m.to 1:00 or 2:00 a.m.the next day.
But I must say that it’s really an unforgettable memory in my life.Under the pressure we lived our life to the fullest,and enjoyed the true interesting things that we may have never cared before.Grade three in junior school was a turning point in my life.My attitude to learning,my world outlook and my philosophy of life all changed.I turned to be positive and strong.I also gained many people’s true & pure friendship,both teachers’ and classmates’.In some way,I like that kind of life,as it taught me many things I’d never learned before.
Teachers also helped me a lot.I still can’t forget that my mathematics teacher talked to me until 10:00 p.m.on April 30th,2003,for my higher education.My head teacher also encouraged me,so did my Chinese teacher.I should say,all my teachers worked very hard and always neglected their sleep and meals.Even if some of them were about fifty and often fell ill,they never left us one day.
The last and greatest challenge was of course the final exam,also my high school entrance exam.I felt very well and comfortable except my chemistry physics exams.The result proved that I couldn’t have done worse in them.But in total,my mark is O.K.So then I became a student in the best high school of Hebei Province.
We,teachers and students,got together in East Lake Hotel on June 4th,2005.At the moment of saying goodbye,I felt that my time of junior had gone ,and my senior time was coming .Today,I looked at my graduate photos again ,and ,I smiled .
So this event was the most unforgettable experience in my life.

My homework is a little piece of cake to me. It might be difficult and may be a lot but I am always optimistic when facing challenges. I make a list before I stor working on my homework. I will enjoy my leisure time without worried about the work I have to get done this way. And when I am doing my work, I will never do something else. That's the method I use to arrange my time spend on homework.

What is important for a manager in managing a project This question has been argued many times ,and there are so many books about it .Yet,from my perspective ,it is necessary to master the three key points to manage a project well .as follows :keeping to schedule ,training staff ,and cooperation .
The first ,keeping to schedule is the base of our work .As everyone knows that each project must have a schedule which definitely fix the work content and workload ,so ,if the manager doesn't fellow the schedule ,everything about the project will be into a mess .
The second ,the manager must take out enough money and time to train their staff ,which is called an intelligence investment .Supposing that your staff are not of necessary work expericence and knowledge ,your project would be delayed .If your staff know how to improve the work effciency and how to work better ,your project must be completed with the prescribed time .
The last ,cooperation is equivalent to lubricating oil .every one cooperates sincerely ,your team will be a strong team .and can overcome difficulties confronted in work and accelarates the project schedule .
So ,from my point ,the above three factors is key .If you want to be a successful manager ,please do it as mentioned above .
