Explore a variety of fluorescence spectras of reactions between various dyes/SiO2 nanoparticles and adenine, DNA, RNA, hemoglobin, protein etc by the using of the already prepared organic dye nanoparticles of 吖啶黄、藏红O、吖啶橙、茜素红、荧光素钠 etc covered by SiO2 , and compare the former spectras to the fluorescence spectras of blank dye/SiO2 nanoparticles. The experiment finds that it could be quickly and correctly checked out that if the samples have adenine, DNA, RNA, hemoglobin, protein, lysine,histidine ,壳聚糖,肝素钠 etc by the using of 藏红,吖啶黄,荧光素钠 etc nanoparticles of organic dyes.
