小组合作怎样实现高效课堂

A：Yesterday,before I went to bed I asked my mon to tell me a bed-time story.Actually,she was quite a bad story teller because she had told me a ghost story and finally I couldn't go to sleep.
B:Oh,it sounds horrible,I would get frightened at nigh if someone tell me a ghost story that makes up with horrible pictures.And you know,girls will always feel nervous and won't stay alone anymore after listening to those stories.
C:That's true.Sometimes I just feel somebody is stairing at me in the dark when you are forced to revive those horrible pictures and frithening characters in the story.I will become more anxious than ever though I never believe in the existence of ghost.
D:In this case,I will fefuse anyone who tend to tell a ghost story to me.And I wil find someting interesting to talk about instead of always thinking about the story.I mean,if I keep thinking like that,I would go creazy until I realize that everything won;t happen in real life.
E:If I were you,I would stop my mon by telling that kind of shit before bed-time.I konw sometimes we scare ourselves to no resons,but you cannot be able to forget everyting that suppose to come true in your life.It is also a kind of stress you create by yourself.As far as I consider,the ghost story is no good story because it never makes you feel relaxed.

一、指导思想
1.培养学生学习数学的兴趣,增强学生的数学应用能力.
2．增强学生学习数学的信心,并能取得更好的成绩.
3.培养数学拔尖人才,组织参加各级各类数学竞赛.
二、成立数学兴趣小组的目的
通过兴趣小组的学习,提高同学们的学习兴趣,让更多的学生能有机会再进行学习,并且通过上学期的组织我们很快认识到办兴趣小组的必要性.
三、兴趣小组计划
（一）培养学生对数学的极大兴趣.
通过各种活动,提高学生的兴趣,比如动手操作、实地考察、亲自测量……让学生真正体会数学来源于生活.使参加兴趣小组的同学通过学习,把他们的学习意识变被动为主动.
（二）培养学生的知识面.
在兴趣小组中我将输入更多数学的知识并且更多的是讲述一些数学的相关知识,让更多同学在数学知识的学习过程中丰富其他各科的功底,使他们的知识面得到很大的拓展.
（三）增加实践的机会.
由于兴趣小组不仅有室内的理论学习而且还参与了实践,所以给同学以动手的机会,使他们认识到数学并不是仅仅用在“无聊”的计算上,而更大的就是“从生活中来,到生活中去”,使他们意识到学习数学的用处.当然也更增加他们的学习兴趣.
（四）丰富学生的第二课堂.
从素质的角度丰富学生的课余生活,学生的生活不在仅限于课堂上,更应该让他们意识到学习的乐趣,更增加学生的学习兴趣兴趣.
（五）成立数学兴趣小组,吸纳每次数学考试成绩优秀的学生加入,以班级为序分别命名为第二小组,第六小组,由自己担任该组指导老师.
四、辅导时间：
1.每周星期六下午两个小时,星期天上午两个小时时间学生自己强化.
五、辅导内容
具体安排如下：

第3周 周六、周日 小孔成像中的双曲线
第4周 周六、周日 收集见到的与勾股定理有关的图案
第5周 周六、周日 利用勾股定理制作模型
第6周 周六、周日 调查当地常见的地板密铺图形
第7周 周六、周日 探索数的发展历史（收集资料
第8周 周六、周日 收集与数有关数学家的故事
第9周 周六、周日 一次学业测试的调查分析
六、辅导方法
1.教师按计划设计专题训练题,学生合作探讨完成训练题,其中存在的的问题应及时请教老师个别辅导.
2.教师根据在个别辅导中发现的普遍存在的问题,进行必要的集中辅导.

这个容易 找个好莱坞的动画片 找一断不太难的 又风趣的 让小孩扮演角色 就行了
也可以根据情节自己改编一下 多排练排练就行了

根据学习需要咯,有很多内容可以组织的,如课本上的探究性活动,充分利用教材的例子都OK啦
