这个是英文语法的规定,不及物动词不可以加宾语的.学动词时都必须搞清他是及物还是不及物的,这样才能正确运用.insist on是固定词组.
如你非得使用中文区别,insisit一般坚持的是一件事,而不是一个名词作宾语

carry out好象也是坚持的意思
但是从语意上来说Stick To会准确点
