I don't know who give this "DDU" order to Nippon Express.If we use normal
FOB basis,such export declaration & export declaration fee would not have
to be double-paid (because I did the declaration already without knowing
that this is a DDU order).
Also,if we use the term FOB HK instead of DDU,everything except the FOB
charge in HK will be paid by the consignee directly.We don't have to
charge back and collect money from Device.
