It is commonly equated using the capital asset pricing model formula (below), although articles such as Stulz 1995 question the validity of using a local CAPM versus an international CAPM- also considering whether markets are fully integrated or segmented (if fully integrated, there would be no need for a local CAPM).

持有成本?这是不存在套息的假设吧,意思就是说我们不考虑占用资金的利息问题,不然期货合约的保证金margin（变动比较小）和期权合约的保证金premium（变动比较大）会有利差,计算期权价值的时候就要考虑这个差异,计算就会相应复杂一些.

fee是指什么什么费比如,水费、电费等.
还有一些其他词也表示费用的,比如TUITION学费等的.
就看你在句子当中,某某费是想表达一个什么样的意思啦.
如果是普通的就表达某某费,我建议使用FEE.
