humans should not try to avoid stress any more than they would shun food ,love or exercise.大意是人类不应该试图再躲避压力,就像他们不躲避食物爱情和运动样.
我想问一下这里是出现了not ...any more"不再..那than 难道是“像,就如”的意思.就像“if”样嘛
than =if ...not应该是“正如什么什么不”才对吧？因为这里stay away from 是躲避之间。
