这几个介词用法都不一样
首先是when and while 区别：
whlie 当什么时,有介词的作用,相当于before之类的,整个作一个句子的介词短语.when没这功用.
其次,while是指一件事发生的过程,一般用进行时； when是指一个瞬间,用一般时或者过去式就可以了
然后 on doing sth,表示一……就,后面从句,一般用过去式
