l'm LiHua,a senior three student in Guangming High School.At present,I find some students in our class have some symptoms whenever thery're facing an exam.Some feel tired,some suffer from lack of sleep and some lose their appetitc.All these have bad effects on their exams.
In fact,exams are only a means of checking how we are getting along with our studies,so there is no need to worry about the results too much.In my opinion,studying hard and making careful plans,as well as having enough sleep,can help us avoid suffering from the pressure of exams.What's more,we can try a warm bath or a cup of warm milk before going to bed.Besides,going out for a walk or doing some outdoor exercise is helpful in keeping us relaned.求翻译
