Payment for field trips is made through ISU student fee account.Students not attending a required field trip will be held financially responsible for his/her portion of the trip expenses that can not be canceled/refunded by the vendor prior to departure or that are part of the general expenses to be equally divided by the total number of participants.The latter may include (but not limited to) cost of transportation,planning expenses,faculty travel expenses and group lodging contracts.
