不定式一般表示某一次的动作
动名词表式经常性、习惯性的动作
eg:I like to paly football tomorrow.我明天想踢足球
I like playing football.我（一直）喜欢踢足球
看了其他的回答,补充一下,我上面所提到的to do/doing都是充当名词性质.
如果谈到他们充当定语或状语,他们就是形容词或副词的性质,doing就要称为现在分词了.
如果充当状语,to do表目的,doing表正在进行,主动关系,或两个特性都有
eg:To improve my English,I borrowed some reference books.
Walking in the street,I saw him.
如果充当定语,to do表将要发生的事情,doing表正在进行
eg:the meeting to be held tomorrow 明天将要召开的会议
the boiling water 正在沸腾的水
