从2012年1月1日到现在已经是31天+29天+31天+1天=92天
今年一共有366天
所以到12月31日还有366-92=274天
274/7 余下1 也就是说12月31日是星期一
12月3日也是星期一（31-3=28刚好能被7除尽）这是第一个星期一
所以第二个星期一自然是12月10日
