本文主要围绕进行合成孔径雷达(synthetic aperture radar, sar)图像与光学遥感图像之间的自动配准方法开展的研究。针对sift算子对异源图像特征点集提取不具对应性的缺点,本文提出了一种基于直线特征的sar图像粗配准算法,在此基础上,结合基于互信息的精配准算法,实现sar图像与光学图像的自动高精度配准。本文方法对包含显著直线特***物的sar图像与光学图像自动配准具有准确、稳健的特点。该配准方法可以为sar图像变化检测、动态***、图像融合及目标精确定位提供足够的图像配准精度。
本次研究将基于直线特征的作为图像配准的主要特征作为研究重点。根据sar图像与光学图像存在的显著差异,本文采用不同的检测算子检测异源图像边缘。首先,由于sar图像受乘性相干斑影响严重,通过因此采用roewa边缘检测算子检测sar图像的边缘,同时而光学图像信噪比高,使用传统的canny算子检测光学图像的边缘。而后基于检测到的边缘图像,采用hough变换算法提取特征直线特征,然后利用直线之间的平面几何关系将提取的直线特征转化为点特征,即求利用其直线交点作为候选匹配特征点集,之后通过利用ransack方法实现外点的去除,获得最优的同名特征点对并以此进行粗配准,最后通过对图像分块计算互信息,进一步精炼同名特征点,实现粗配准sar图像的高精度配准。实测数据的配准结果证明了本文方法的有效性。
