英语日记 summer holiday

Today,I went home with my schoolbag after school.On the way home,I saw a child crying on one side of the road.I asked him whast up is,he told me that he couldn't find his mother.I felt very sorry for him and I think he must feel afraid.So,I decide that waitting for his mother with him,and told him don'tworry.A half of hour later, his mother found him and she said thanks to me, I felt very happy!

　　Different people have different likes.I like music much,espcially country music.As a kind od music,it makes me relaxed from all kind of pressure in such as study,relationship with others and gives me a feeling of free that I’ve been looking for.It is also a revealing of a kind of culture that comes not from da******but country where it is quiet and comfortable to stay.It shows something that popular in the countryside.Moreover,it gives me bright eyes to find beautiful things in this world and ears to listen to different voice from other place in some conner,I like it as I like it.

Yesterday was the last children’s day for me.I had a school trip with my classmates.At first,we went to a pottery art village to learn how to make pottery.It was really fantastic and I was excited about that.We all did some pottery works by ourselves.Next we went to a wetland park and had lunch there.We were really tired and hungry so we ate quickly.In the park we found a lot of plants we have never seen and we made some leaf samples.Finally,we came back at 4:00 pm.It was a meaningful and unforgettable day.

the Spring Festival
Far and away the most important holiday in China is Spring Festival,also known as the Chinese New Year.To the Chinese people it is as important as Christmas to people in the West.The dates for this annual celebration are determined by the lunar calendar rather than the GREgorian calendar,so the timing of the holiday varies from late January to early February.
To the ordinary Chinese,the festival actually begins on the eve of the lunar New Year's Day and ends on the fifth day of the first month of the lunar calendar.But the 15th of the first month,which normally is called the Lantern Festival,means the official end of the Spring Festival in many parts of the country.
Spring Festival is the most importantand popular festival in China.Before Spring Festival ,the people usually clean and decorate their houses.And they go to the Flower Fairs to buy some flowers.During Spring Festival ,the adults usually give lucky money to children.People often get together and have a big meal.Some people eat dumpling for dinner.

Today is Children's day .It is a fine day.So ,I go to the zoo.Wow !There are a lot of people in the zoo.I've seen many animals ,such as pandas,monkeys ,and tigers .But I like pandas best .Because they are very cute .I also play with them .
