被强调部分为主语时,
that／who后面的谓语动词在人称和数上应和句子的主语相一致.如：

第一个on的作用是和transmit构成词组,【transmit on】传递...那么或许你会疑惑,本身【transmit】都可以表达传递的意思,为什么还要加上【on】呢?是因为,加上以后就有一种【A传递到B,B传递到C,C传递到D..不断传递下去的效果】,就好像【pass on】词组一样.那么只是用【transmit】的话,就体现不出来.
翻译：【风向大海诉说着太阳的信息,然后大海通过海浪不断地传递下去,这古老的、微妙的、强大的讯息.】
至于第二个in后面要理解起来,实际上是省去了【the process of】,那么意思就有点不一样了.
