从这件事中我明白了一个道理：要获得更多的知识,光靠问是不行的,还要多查阅书籍.

我看着两个已破的鸡蛋,熟鸡蛋蛋白蛋黄凝结在一起,是一个整体；生鸡蛋蛋白是液体而蛋黄是半固体.我用双手搓转熟蛋,整个蛋一起转动；搓转生蛋时,蛋白和蛋黄不能一下混合起来转动,鸡蛋自然就不能旋转了.
