2.It is time that：早该...
It is high time that you got up.你早该起床了.
3.'d rather that 宁可希望...
I should rather that my daughter attended a public school.我希望我的女儿能上公立学校.
4.had better that 但愿最好...
I had better that you would go before the storm becomes worse.但愿你最好在暴风雨更大之前就走.
