In the previous few paragraphs,a lot of advantages regarding the use of videotape presentations for orientation of new hires have been mentioned.Even though there are many advantages to this method,one needs to ensure that using video as an orientation tool is not overdone.Videos have their place,and I believe in their effectiveness when used properly,but they should not be overused.
