每天我都可以高高兴兴的过,因为我健康;我健康,因为我运动.因为我运动,所以我健康.
生命对于我们而言,只仅仅是一个开始而已,良好的开始意味着美好的结局,所以我们不能马虎得对待我们的开始.那就动起来吧,在运动中建筑起一个健康快乐的自己,在运动中感受一切值得高兴的事,让我们的生命因为它而精彩起来吧!
运动之中,我们体会到生命的可贵之处,感受到生活的快乐.青春不是永恒的,但运动却是永远的.运动没有年龄的限制,没有身份,地位和种族的差别.它不想战争那样残酷,交错着血与泪.它会给我们健康,给我们快乐,带给我们世界最美好的东西.
运动不只可使我们拥有健康,更可以锻炼我们的思维能力.乒乓球让我们思维变的敏锐,排球,篮球让我们懂得集体协作的重要性;登山又可让我们知道“下山容易,上山难”的人生哲理,这些所以的运动无一不是给我们益处的.
人生有时候就像是场篮球赛,需要各个方面的协调发展,你才会感受到生命的美好,只要健康的生命,却不想着去工作或学习,那生命就只是一具空壳,只想着学习或工作,而忽视健康,那充其量也只不过是个“空想家”所以我们更应该运动,让运动帮助我们实现一切!
生命是真实的,运动是真实的,只要我们运动了,那快乐就不是梦,梦也不是梦了.
因为我运动,所以我快乐.通向快乐的阶梯正在等着我们去攀登,整装一下,我们出发吧!

Healthy body is necessary for a healthy mind.As is known,to have a sound mind,we must first have a sound body.This is of vital importance.Only by keeping ourselves healthy and strong can we feel energetic and vigorous in studying and working and live a happy life.To keep ourselves fit,physical exercise is the best way.All over the world millions of people take part in different kinds of sports.Sports are perhaps the most popular form of relaxation that almost all can enjoy.In taking part in out-door sports,we are closer to nature and can take in fresh air.The beauty of nature will keep us clear-headed,which is essential to our health.Besides,Sports and games build our bodies,prevent us from getting too fat,and keep us healthy.They also give us valuable practice in helping the eyes,brain and muscles to work together.However,sports stimulate the circulation of blood and help to excrete the wastes in the body.Sports can also work up our appetite and activate our digestion.As a result,we can become strong-bodied.I always take an active part in physical exercise and enjoy good health.I seldom get sick but feel vigorous even if I work a whole daylong.I shall keep up doing physical exercise so as to live longer.

Plus, exercise can give people a real sense of accomplishment and pride at having achieved a certain goal - like beating an old time in the 100-meter dash.
Exercising can help you look better, too. People who exercise burn calories and look more toned than those who don't. In fact, exercise is one of the most important parts of keeping your body at a healthy weight. When you exercise, you burn food calories as fuel. If a person eats more calories than he or she burns, the body stores them away as fat. Exercise can help burn these stored calories.
Finally, exercising to maintain a healthy weight also decreases a person's risk of developing certain diseases, including type 2 diabetes and high blood pressure.
