I don’t want you to fall into that hole of “Great performer but crappy service” (can we say crappy?...we shall find out).I have been gone from the forums for 4 years,until now.I see tons of post on how to perform,how get gigs...but absolutely nothing on Customer Service for the Magi .I spent about an hour searching the forum and can only find customer service questions from forum members to Ellusionist about an order status,etc..If you find something,let me know...maybe we can combine the threads.As a matter of fact,I believe that Customer Service could end up as another Main General Discussion Forum.I am going to start these Customer Service Series articles off slowly to avoid information overload.So it maybe a slow start,but will give us time to digest,reflect and more importantly implement on what will be written.
