he capture session could not be initiated (failed to set hardware filter to promiscuous mode).

如果楼主是因为英文不行，请学习英文，如果英文可以，问题中的绝大多数问题都可以回答，至于那么why的问题，才是要回答的问题，这些问题都挺简单的，如果你不知道的话，建议挨个字段去百度，比如什么TTL什么的。
至于学习嘛，所有协议都是INTERNET范围内啊，你还就限定在这个范围内，要想研究，光TCP/IP这一个协议一本书就够你研究上1年了，所以，不建议多么系统的去学。
建议嘛：多看包，看自己能用得着的应用层协议包，然后挨个字段去百度，等你百度一阵子，你会发现你基本就没啥问题了，总之就是不懂的字段就百度，在应用中学习。
