A和B都是将来时态或是表达一种意愿,C则更强调的是“能力”,即有这个能力去说

怀疑 前面的名词 是复数
用one man强调 团结一致 强调数量 众人 行动 像 一个人 在行动
如果用a man意思是 像人一样 行动 强调类别 而不是像 别的东西 一样.不符合 题意 故错.
