My friend XX is in bad health. She often has a sore throat and is streessed out. I often tell her to drink more hot water with honey and try to listen to light music to make herself relaxed. Sometimes, she has a bad coid, because of the cold weather and when she has a headache and a fever, she should lie down and have a good rest or go to doctor's.
