4.Especially,in the present society,everything depends on science.The more in-depth development of science,the more demands on the talent.When up to the most high-end technology,it is almost impossible to use sweat to make up the absence of talent.
In summary,we have reasons to believe that talent is more important than diligence.

Online is better I go to school online and I am learning so fast,At my age I didn't want to go back to a traditional class,I tried it for a while and it was painstaking to sit in class,listen to all of the distractions,and frustrations.I just go to my computer,read the required readings and report on what I have learned.It saves gas money and traffic time.Iit is helping me get my graduate degree that is so much desired.
I have peak learning times that I use regularly and it helps I can sit down in the middle of the night and study.I really enjoy it.
Ease of access,time and money saving etc.Online education is at least equally effective than the traditional brick-and-mortar one,if not more.If done by the right people,with the right audience in mind (the best teaching is the one which addresses and betters a below average level of understanding!),it can work miracles.Plus,it can be completely tuition free.

What you don't learn.Online classes teach a basic course.When you interact with other students you gain knowledge that is not in any textbook.Other students become part of the learning process.You have to be self motivated if you are going to sit in front of a computer for a class,and that must be boring.I guess if you are going to major in something where you will not have any human contact,then go for the computer class.However,if you have a group of students you connect with you will feel part of a social group that is exploring a new subject together.I would always recommend taking courses in the classroom.Education is not only knowledge gained from the Professor but from what you learn from students and their experiences.
Traditional learning is more beneficial The in person learning is beneficial to more than just the individual.It benefits the entire system.Students can learn best from each others' view points,from the teachers view points,the teacher becomes better,better teachers make better educators,and better educators make a better system.Why only help one when you can help them all?

1. Children should develop their own Individual Responsibility earlier.
It should be so, because children should be taught to be less dependent to their parents and to other elders in such a way that they learn to behave by themselves. For a child, it is very common to commit mistakes. By this, parents should know how to resolve such situations and teach their children do the right thing. In this manner, children would be developing their responsibility.
2. Children usually have the attitude of Authority Aversion.
At this point, children usually don't listen to their parents. And so, we can see how parents are not responsible to their children's discipline problems in school but their children themselves are. I just want to point out here that these children are in a certain school *to learn* and to be educated. By it, I mean that children are the only one that should be held responsible for their own actions.
3. Failures can never be avoided.
We cannot expect parents to watch over their children all over the day. So, we can say the parents never should be held responsible for the reason that they are not always their for their children. Even though the parents are the one who knows the children best and the ones who taught and raised up their children but we can expect some parental responsibility failure at this time. We cannot assure every parents to be teaching every good attitude to their children.
And so, by these points it can be stated that Parents Should NOT Be Held Responsible For Their School-going Children's Discipline Problem.

According to Speech and language expert Dr.Sally Ward,20 years of research show that kids who are bombarded by background TV noise in their homes have trouble paying attention to voices when there is also background noise.
Kids who watch a lot of TV have trouble paying attention to teachers because they are accustomed to the fast-paced visual stimulation on TV.Kids who watch TV more than they talk to their family have a difficult time adjusting from being visual learners to aural learners (learning by listening).They also have shorter attention spans.
