比如说：he finished his cigarette,then lit another one~这里面的another 是做（同类中的）再一个
同时,也可以作代词用,比如说：He made a drink for Jack,then poured another for himself~
直接加复数的很少见,老外都会这样用：

我们再走了三百码~
