我的课余生活是丰富多彩的，也是快乐无穷的！我的爱好可多了：打羽毛球，画画，下围棋，溜冰……可我最喜欢的就是打羽毛球。 　　记得在一个阳光明媚的下午，我和老爸打羽毛球，老爸发了一个偏向右的球，我看准目标，飞快的打了回去。我高兴的说：“我真是个打羽毛球的天才。”老爸气愤的说：“气死我了！下一场我一定要赢。”“我放马过来吧！我可不怕。”我骄傲自满的说。老爸愤愤不平的说：“就你那点技术，想赢我，那你就来挑战我吧！”盛怒之下，老爸全力一击，我眨眼都来不及了！我试图想反抗，可是，来不及了。羽毛球飞过来，落在地上。老爸的攻势让我难以招架，最后老爸以超级多的比分赢了。我虽败犹荣，姜还中老的辣嘛！毕竟是胜败乃洒家常事嘛！

我最喜爱的一种体育运动 我喜欢打羽毛球，因为羽毛球是全身运动的。不但可以锻练身体的灵活性，也可使身心得到健康发展。羽毛球需要两人一起才能进行，既可培养群体的精神，也可增进友谊。如果体弱多病的人，也可以尝试以羽毛球这运动增强自己的体魄。 「多做运动身体好」这句说话说得真的不错。我觉得做运动不一定是要做大量的，只要配合自己的体质、符合自己的性格便可。我个人就对羽毛球这种运动最感兴趣了。羽毛球令我著迷，因为每次打羽毛球我都会全情投入，就算跌到流血或受伤，我都不加理会。每逢有空的时候，我一定去楼下的公园不断练习，务求能得到进步。回想过去自己初学羽毛球的时候，真的甚麼也不了解、不明白。那时候旁徨的感觉，曾使我放弃，有幸的是有一群知己鼓励我，使我能对羽毛球这项运动加深了认识。 「一分艰难，一分收获。」我很明白这个道理，只要肯努力，相信自己一定做得到。打羽毛球也是同样的道理，一定要多些训练，千万不要等「幸运」二字的来临。只要自己定下目标，必能做到。
