这是定语从句,但是你除了要考虑语法,还要看语义是不是对应的上.
你理解了整句的话,where是用来解释film的作用的.但是in which 完全语义不通.
另,
如果用B,in which中的in是要跟前面的动词词组接的上才行的,譬如live in ,但是fascinated with已经是一个完整词组了.

您好,一般情况下表示泛指的一类时两个都可以,但是特指的时候一般用the +单数或者是复数都可以.
还有用the +形容词表示一类人,或者加姓氏复数表示一家人.
