The low motivation employees bear great pressure that represents negative complains,lack of passion and initiative,lose control of something,low efficiency,and easy to irritable.The negative emotions not only harm employees themselves but also damage the corporate culture.
Therefore,both employees and companies have to make some efforts to encourage employee motivation.Employees should make sense of the work,and companies have to find the special needs of employees to meet their demand,if they want be successful.
