1、从语法和句意来说都没有错,所以我觉得2种表达都是可以滴,但是被动句带有强调作用.
2、通常来说一个句子里面时态是不混用滴,不过也有特例.比如,If it does't rain,we will go hiking.我觉得这个地方用将来时句意不太通顺.
3、谓语就是lack,这个句子并没有句号,所以理解为独立主格结构,省略了主语paper,主语于谓语属于主动关系,所以用现在分词作谓语.
语法有时也说不出了所以然,有时就凭语感咯,可以看看张道真的语法书.
