I am really trying to do my best to negotiate for better prices with both the yard and the transporter.
So,far I succeded to take a little better transportation cost.I hope that by tomorrow I will be able to reach a very good price CIF Dalian.
In order to negotiate better,I need to know the following:
From the moment we sign the contract,how much time you need to send the L.C.at the seller's bank?I am asking because from my experience Chinese banks are very slow with their procedures.
As,you understand the faster the better.
