it's hard to have a 100% standard of being decent for everyone who's gonna have a job interview.
so, about how to be decent in a job interview, it really depends on your personality, your capacity of communicating and improvising.
job interview is not always about answering questions. it's about the connection between the interviewer and the interviewee. First you have to be in decent dress to make yourself look good. then, make your social greetings to everyone, always smile. then come in the serious topic of why you are qualified for this job, talk a little about your understanding of this job and yourself too, answer most question that you can in a wise way, always make yourself believed that you are honest and qualified.
also, ask your questions to them to have a brief acknowledge of this company to make them believe that you're really into this job and the company
