B:well,a healthy live style is very important.you can try to pull him out for exercise.jogging or swimming are some nice idea.try to build up his interest in these.
A:my son never like exercise.what he like is sitting in front of the computer for 24 hours.i dont understand wat is so interesting?he can just ignore his lunch and dinner for a game!no wonder he is getting fatter and fatter.he never listen to my advise.
B:then maybe you can try to cook some healthy meals for him.i saw u buying potato chips just now.is it for ur kids?try not to eat too much of junk food as it contain high calories,sugar and salt.u may get kidney failure because of these!
A:i know these,but my son cant live without these.
B:you have to be very strict to him.he is 100kg!remember?try to make him eat vegetables and fruits.if u want to be more healthier,try not to fry your food.follow the food pyramids or take your son to a nutritionist,they will suggest what kind of food which is suitable to your son.I know one of them,maybe you can rest in my house afterward and i will give u his name card.
