我目前是技校的一名电子类教师,参加工作三年了.在这三年中,我深切体会到了老师的不易.我们学校的学生是比较调皮,学习也不太好的孩子.所以我们需要努力引导他们去学习尽可能多的、有利于以后工作的知识和技能,同时还要做好他们的行为习惯教育和心理辅导.
尤其是最近一年,我做了班主任,其中滋味可以用“痛并快乐着”来形容.我一方面为学生的违纪行为生气忧心,另一方面又为他们的每一个小进步而喜悦和感动着.我发现自己已经真心爱上了这份工作.
