这题中AC两个look与appearance比较麻烦.它们是同义词,该题不应担负考这两个词的功能.
当然可能look更好些,表示“表情”,而appearance侧重于人的“外表”.
当楼主的主要问题在于过去分词和现在分词作定语时的区别.
为了便于学生记忆,以便考试拿到高分,通常老师都会说：现在分词修饰“事物”,过去分词修饰“人”.在大多数情况下,It works.
