Everyone knows that sushi is the signature food in Japan.Well,the truth is,sushi in Japanese language is not meaning to 'snack' at all,it's defination is 'rice in salteed vinegar.
So how to make a sushi?First,Spread a seaweed sheet onto the bamboo mat.Then we'll get a steamed rice,and make about a handful of rice to a ball of rice.It's important to keep your hands wet while working with sushi rice because it is sticky.When you work with the nori though,you should keep them as dry as you can.That is why you should have a bowl of water (with a bit of rice vinegar added to it) and a dry hand-towel nearby when making sushi.Gently put the rice ball in the middle of the nori sheet,and start spreading it equally on the seaweed sheet.
Now put some vegetables and salmon meat onto the rice and start rolling the mat.Keeping it tight with every move until you reach the end of the nori.Put pressure on the roll to make it steady and tight.
Lastly,remove the bamboo mat and start cutting the sushi roll into 7 - 9 units and...tada!Your meal is ready!

Long time ago I thought Sushi must be by hand,but after I went there,I saw an advanced machine that can make Sushi automatically,and the taste was better than the hand made Sushi.I feel the large development in technology.
